12:00 – 6:00 pm: Friends of the North Plains Library Book sale, inside Jessie Mays Community Center
12:00 – 11:00 pm: Festival grounds, food vendors and beer/wine garden open
Saturday: August 10th
10:00 am: Parade down Main Street and Commercial St.
10:00 am – 6:00 pm: Friends of the North Plains Library Book sale, inside Jessie Mays Community Center
10:00 am 8:00 pm: Crafts vendors open
10:00 am – 11:00 pm: Festival grounds, food vendors and beer/wine garden open
11:00 am – 5:00 pm: OMSI at the Garlic Festival!
12:00 pm – 3:30 pm: Car Show
Sunday: August 11th
10:00 am- 4:00 pm: Festival grounds, food vendors and beer/wine garden open
