Directions and Parking

Festival Location:  Jessie Mays Community Park, 30975 NW Hillcrest Street, North Plains, OR 97133

Preferred Parking: Located at 29905 NW West Union Rd, North Plains, North Plains OR.  Parking is $5.

Parking for the disabled:  A preferred parking area is available for disabled guests at 10990 NW 313th Ave. near the intersection at Wascoe at St. Edward Church.  Please present a placard to demonstrate your eligibility. There is a parking fee for this area.

Driving Directions:  Signs are available to direct you to the location.

– From Portland:  Take Sunset Highway 26 west to Exit 57 Glencoe. Turn right at top of exit.  Continue past West Union and over the train tracks. Just past North/Old West Union, on the right side is the general parking area.

– From Oregon Coast:  Take Sunset Highway 26 east to Exit 57 Glencoe. Turn left at top of exit. Continue past West Union and over the train tracks. Just past North/Old West Union, on the right side is the general parking area.

Shuttle details: 1 shuttle will be running approximately every 10 to 15 minutes taking people to and from the preferred parking area and the festival grounds.
